A local government authority in Greater Manchester is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee strategic and operational compliance within Housing Services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fire safety, asbestos, and damp & mould issues. This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage contracts effectively.

Responsabilidades
- Lead a team of Compliance specialists.
- Collaborate with colleagues and tenants to ensure safety.
- Manage and prioritize procurement and contracts.
Housing Services are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager with expertise and experience in Fire, Asbestos, Damp and Mould.
- Lead a team of Compliance specialists with responsibility for strategic and operational compliance across the service.
- Act as a technical expert with excellent communication skills, collaborating with colleagues, tenants, and other members of the Building Safety Team to ensure tenants are kept safe and the Council's housing stock meets and exceeds legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in procurement, contract and budget management and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.

This is a hybrid working role and you will be required to be in the office at least two days a week.
