• Make improvements on the factory floor to address challenges that matter most.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Compliance Manager with a solid food manufacturing background, ideally with retailer‑facing experience.
• Experience with Tesco or M&S is a plus.
• Bonus points if you’ve dealt with a range of retailers and can keep up with their ever‑changing requirements.
• Confident enough to own this newly created role and make an impact from day one.

Mostly office‑based, but you’ll need to be on the factory floor too—seeing the teams, the challenges, and making improvements where they matter most.
