Are you passionate about data, governance, and driving improvement in healthcare? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Data Compliance Manager to join our Digital Learning Team. This is a pivotal role where you'll combine your expertise in data analysis, compliance, and project management to ensure our workforce meets mandatory training and appraisal standards—helping us maintain the highest levels of patient safety.
You’ll lead on monitoring, reporting, and improving compliance performance, while shaping how we communicate and engage with staff across the Trust. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver safe, effective care.
So, if this sounds like you, please apply today.
As a successful candidate you will lead the development and oversight of robust, data‑driven systems to monitor, maintain, and enhance role‑based training compliance across the Trust, with a particular focus on optimising the use of the Totara Learning Management System (LMS). You will design and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks that deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights into training performance, compliance trends, and areas requiring targeted intervention.
A key aspect involves analytics, governance, and refinement of compliance controls, ensuring they are aligned with NHS regulatory standards, statutory requirements, and internal governance frameworks. You will revise procedures, curate data dashboards, and produce detailed compliance reports to support subject‑matter experts, operational managers, and senior leaders.
Working collaboratively with clinical and non‑clinical training leads, you will ensure a coordinated, data‑informed approach to the design, delivery, and evaluation of mandatory training, promoting multidisciplinary learning and ensuring that all training content hosted on Totara is current, accessible, and aligned with national frameworks such as the Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF).
Our ambition is to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve the health and well‑being of our patients, and to provide a vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate, and build careers.
We aim to make the most of our skills and experiences so we can become the best we can be. As one organisation we will recruit the finest and retain more specialist staff by providing more employment opportunities across our Trust.
