Job summary
A regional housing association is seeking an Engineering Administrator/Compliance Administrator for a full-time temporary role. The position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to Compliance Officers and Managers, with a focus on compliance, financial regulations, and procurement processes. Strong organisational and administrative skills along with experience in construction are required. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. This is an immediate opening for an initial 3-6 month contract.
Qualifications
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Compliance Officers and Managers.
- Experience working in construction, engineering, repairs, or maintenance environments.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Responsibilities
- Support compliance activities in the engineering department.
