Qualifications

• Experience working within a Lloyd’s managing agent specific to Lloyd’s Principle 5.
• Experience of applying conduct and complaints regulatory knowledge on business lines.
• Experience in Lloyd’s Complaints handling and CareSmart advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Conduct Risk Manager in delivering the compliance plan.
• Oversee and maintain the Conduct Risk Framework.
• Review compliance policies annually.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of UK insurance regulation

Conduct Risk and general compliance knowledge

Competent user of Microsoft Applications

Education

Degree level education preferable
