Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Compliance professional for the role of Manager. You will contribute to a client-focused compliance strategy and support comprehensive compliance monitoring in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have relevant professional qualifications and experience, with strong knowledge of AML and financial services regulations. Applicants should email their CV to apply.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in the finance industry, ideally funds.
- Previous Key Person experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrate clear working knowledge of AML and Financial Services Law.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a client-focused compliance strategy.
- Act as the designated MLRO and MLCO.
- Support the development of a comprehensive compliance monitoring programme.
Skills
Education
Experienced Compliance professional required to take on the role of Manager, in which you will contribute to the design, implementation and promotion of a client-focused compliance strategy and framework, and support the development of a comprehensive compliance monitoring programme for client structures. The successful applicant will act as the designated MLRO and MLCO, and will assist and provide operational support to Regulated Key Persons.
Candidates will hold relevant professional qualifications and must have experience in a similar role in the finance industry, ideally funds. Previous Key Person experience would be advantageous, and you must be able to demonstrate clear working knowledge of AML, Financial Services Law, local regulatory requirements and risk management.
