Job summary
A leading chemicals manufacturer in West Yorkshire seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead improvement projects on their upper-tier COMAH site. The role involves advisory support on process safety audits, development of frameworks, and enhancement recommendations. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Process Safety and COMAH regulations, and project management capabilities. This contract role offers £60–70/hr outside IR35 for a duration of 6 months or longer.
Qualifications
- Experienced HSE Manager with a strong understanding of Process Safety and COMAH regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory support for process safety audit outcomes.
- Develop an accelerated PHA completion framework.
- Advise on Safety First focus group initiatives.
- Facilitate the behavioural improvement program design.
- Advise on Safety-First leadership development.
- Assess and advise on safety management system enhancements.
- Review and recommend enhancements to the COMAH report.
