Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment legislation.
  • Experience working in a factory environment in an operation/technical role is desirable.
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships with individuals at all levels in and out of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of HSE strategies to improve site safety.
  • Support and coach leadership to drive an engaging HSE culture.
  • Implement and maintain HSE site policies and management systems.
  • Define and maintain HSE risk assessments and emergency procedures.
  • Lead site HSE audit programs for compliance.
  • Provide technical expertise for serious incident investigations.
