• Experience working around critical systems and plant.
• Experience in commercial hard services FM environment.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all reactive and planned maintenance activities.
• Monitor and update CAFM systems accurately.
• Lead audits and inspections of assets and compliance documentation.
• Manage small works and remedial tasks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors.
• Support health and safety objectives.
