- Support the day-to-day administration of all finance-related issues.

- Provide ad-hoc systems training, guidance, and support for the wider staff group.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs Service in the Low-Rise Block Management team.
- Managing complex complaints, Freedom of Information Requests and service enquiries.
- Data collection and monitoring during project delivery.
- Systems administration of the Case Management System.
- Support the day-to-day administration of all finance-related issues.
- Provide management information to enable service level decision making and improvement in a busy and complex environment.
- Provide ad‑hoc systems training, guidance and support for the wider staff group.
