Join Our Team as a Female Waking Night Support Worker in Aldershot! (GU11)

Part-Time Contract available (18 Hours Per Week)

Waking Nights: 9.30 PM – 7:00 AM (Every Saturday & Sunday)

Who Will You Be Supporting?

Join our close-knit team and support 2 ladies and 3 gentlemen each with their own unique personalities and interests.

We support people with learning disabilities and autism, behaviours of distress, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs and much more. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.

What Will You Be Doing:

• Ensuring Safety: Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
• Promoting Rest: Provide emotional reassurance to help residents maintain healthy sleeping patterns.
• Night Support: Assist with personal care and medication needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and changing clothes if necessary.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents that occur during the night.
