Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Safe Haven Crisis Support Worker to join the team at Safe Haven: our out‑of‑hours support service for those experiencing a mental health crisis.
The Safe Haven Crisis Support Worker is responsible for supporting individuals experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis, offering support in a calm, safe and empathic environment.
Contract Type: Permanent role
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £25,000 FTE plus enhanced hours payment of 30% on top of normal hourly rate for hours worked between 11 pm‑12 am.
Hours: 18.5 hrs – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6 pm‑12 am, plus 2 hrs admin time preferably on a Tuesday morning.
