Make a meaningful difference supporting disabled adults in 12 modern, self-contained flats. With a welcoming, accessible environment across three floors, it’s a rewarding role where you can truly empower others to live independently.
A home, not just a service
Bennett Court in Nailsea offers supported living for up to 12 adults with learning disabilities. Leonard Cheshire provides high-quality person-centred care and helps people build crucial independent living skills.
We’re one of the UK’s highest-rated providers of care and supported living services – with 87% of our services rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by regulators. For over 75 years, we’ve been supporting disabled people to live, learn, and work as independently as possible. We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities. Our goal is simple: to create welcoming, safe, and empowering spaces that feel like home – giving people real choice and control over their lives.
Leonard Cheshire welcomes applications from all sections of the community. We actively encourage applications from people with disabilities and will support your requirements for reasonable adjustments wherever possible.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults at risk. A satisfactory disclosure check (PVG membership in Scotland) is required for this post, and references will be obtained for all roles.
