Job summary

A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a leader for the clinical operational management of its Community Paediatrics service. Overview

This is an exciting secondment opportunity to lead on the clinical operational management of the Community Paediatrics service for KCHFT. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the service including the clinical assessments undertaken, national and local drivers and knowledge of national guidance in relation to neurodevelopmental conditions.

Knowledge and experience with maintaining KPIs, waiting list management and demand and capacity planning will be required.

A job share may be possible for the right candidate(s) to support the continuation of clinical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Clinical Operations Manager responsibilities: manage, lead and develop the service to ensure that quality standards are maintained with performance managed against outcomes and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Look to continual development and improvement of the service, and seek to progress new service and business opportunities that positively impact on the service.
  • Provide assurance in clinical outcomes and governance, service development and projects.
  • Work collaboratively with all senior managers across the service and division to support equitable and consistent core functions.
