A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a leader for the clinical operational management of its Community Paediatrics service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric assessment, familiarity with national guidelines concerning neurodevelopmental conditions, and experience with KPIs and waiting list management. This role offers the chance to drive service improvement and ensures high standards of patient care within the community, supporting a flexible working environment.
This is an exciting secondment opportunity to lead on the clinical operational management of the Community Paediatrics service for KCHFT. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the service including the clinical assessments undertaken, national and local drivers and knowledge of national guidance in relation to neurodevelopmental conditions.
Knowledge and experience with maintaining KPIs, waiting list management and demand and capacity planning will be required.
A job share may be possible for the right candidate(s) to support the continuation of clinical work.
