Role Overview: Product Marketing Manager

Your Mission:

As our Product Marketing Manager, you are the architect of our product market strategy, focusing on our advanced real-time development platform and our app optimization offering called PubNub Illuminate. You will drive go-to-market research for our products across multiple industries, and create the product marketing strategies that align tightly with our vision to create an interconnected world and our mission to revolutionize real-time experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that reflect our commitment to customer loyalty, showcasing our compelling products and exceptional experiences.
2. Drive innovation by constantly seeking better, more efficient, and elegant solutions in product marketing.
3. Execute with a bias for action, turning ideas into impactful results that speak directly to developers and business buyers.
4. Lead and collaborate across teams, ensuring our brand narrative and product messaging celebrates excellence and the art of the possible.
5. Maintain a positive outlook, highlighting how our products solve problems and create a better-connected world.
6. Foster an environment of open communication, ensuring all marketing efforts are well-documented and insights are effectively shared and utilized.

What You Bring:

1. A BS/BA degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in B2B technical product marketing, preferably in tech or real-time communication platforms. Minimum 3 years experience marketing to developers (tools, platforms, etc.)
3. A track record of developing marketing strategies that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
4. Strong analytical skills, capable of leading data-driven marketing decisions.
5. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
