A prominent educational trust in Peacehaven seeks a Wellbeing and Pastoral Practitioner to support students' social, emotional, and mental health. The ideal candidate has experience working with students facing various challenges, including autism and SEMH. This role involves using restorative approaches, facilitating small group and individual sessions, and fostering strong relationships with students. Grade G3 Point 6 - £24,796. (FTE)
32.5 hours per week / 39 weeks per year

Are you enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about making a difference for children and young people? We are looking for a Wellbeing and Pastoral practitioner to join our fantastic Support Hub team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your energy, creativity and commitment to a role where every day has a positive impact on students' lives. As a Wellbeing and pastoral practitioner, you'll play a vital role in helping students to grow in confidence, build strong relationships and step into their potential. We hold high expectations and a community wide commitment to supporting the development of our young people, with a wide range of learning difficulties, including severe/profound and complex, SEMH and autism.
