A leading construction contractor in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Commercial Manager for a prestigious GBP16M fit-out project in Reading. This role entails full commercial responsibility, including cost planning and risk management. Candidates should have proven experience in high-value fit-out/refurb projects, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead teams. - Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Manager on high-value fit-out/refurb projects.
- Strong knowledge of Cat A and Cat B fit-outs.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Responsabilités
- Lead all commercial aspects of the project from start to finish.
- Manage cost planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Drive value engineering and risk mitigation strategies.
