Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tenants, Project Managers, Commercial Agents, Asset Managers, and Landlords.
- Generate new business leads through networking and third-party partnerships.
- Research and update CRM with detailed client insights (mergers, financial status, decision-makers).
- Monitor and manage a forward-looking pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end lead qualification process, from initial contact to Tier 1 appointments.
- Collaborate with marketing to create tailored collateral for prospects.
- Attend networking events and organise monthly company events to strengthen relationships.
- Share market trends and strategic insights with the team to support decision-making.
- Ensure accurate CRM management and maintain diary planning for targeted outreach.
- Bring direct projects into the business following company methodology.
- Manage key contacts through regular engagement and entertainment (lunches, events, coffee).
