At Transit Services Group , we support customers inoptimizing the life cycle costof theirassets byproviding services in their equipment. The Transit Services Group consolidates all businessrelated to spare parts, repairs & overhauls and maintenance as part of a comprehensive portfolio of serviceactivities on existing rolling stock and rail infrastructure.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Degree from an accredited university or college. Specialization in Engineering or Business Administration will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management /marketing in Rail industry, specifically in maintenance and/or Transit operations activities
  • Ability to work in a global and matrix environment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking mindset
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • CRM – Sales force knowledge will be an advantage
  • Full fluency in English required, an additional European language, notably French, Italian, German, Spanish is a plus.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Defining and leading the implementation of the marketing plan
  • Driving market intelligence (customer needs, competition watch, market trends)
  • Defining the product/services go to market in alignment with services global commercial strategy, regions and product management
  • Ensuring promotion and communication of the product and services portfolio that will satisfy the commercial strategy
  • Achieving Transit Services Group Order Intake
  • Leading innovation process
  • Leading customer watch process and customer profiles/mapping updates
  • Driving the Transit Services Group Sales process improvement and CRM implementation
  • Animating Services sales community in the regions, ensuring best practices sharing and common processes
  • Defining customer experience (tools, processes…) according to customer segmentation
  • Providing inputs to ProductManagement and R&D in respect of market expectations
  • Owning the Product Line Sales & Marketing budget (including central and local budgets)
  • Monitoring the market opportunities and tender's pipeline engaging with and supporting the regions to maximize orders

Location

Europe, with easy access/vicinity to any of our sites in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom.
