A UK health and care organization is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and governance. This role involves high-level decision-making, oversight of budgeting, and managing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification and have extensive experience in senior finance roles. The position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits, including 27-32.5 days of annual leave.
Executive Level 2 - £95,000 - £113,625 per annum
Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
ContractType: Permanent
Location: Home-based, with travel to meetings, CQC offices and providers as required

In this pivotal leadership position, you will be responsible for directing financial, commercial and workplace strategy at CQC. You will lead a high-performing directorate, shape how we operate, invest, and deliver value across the organisation, and act as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Executive Team and Board.
