Business Analyst - London Market

National Salary c. £60,000 - London Salary c. £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in Business Analysis, particularly within the London Market sector. You will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, helping to shape the future of underwriting, claims, and operational processes.

As a Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of delivering strategic change across underwriting, claims, and operations. You'll work closely with underwriters, brokers, and technology teams to define and implement solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. This role supports our ambition to grow our London Market footprint and deliver scalable transformation.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 2+ years in the London Market or specialty insurance sector is essential
• Strong understanding of London Market processes, systems, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Starting salary National Salary c. £60,000 - London Salary c. £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
