Job summary
A leading automotive retailer in Plymouth is seeking an apprentice to become a fully Volkswagen-Accredited Warranty Executive. The role involves administrative tasks related to warranty claims while providing extensive training and support. Ideal candidates will have a sharp attention to detail, logical IT skills, and strong communication abilities. This position offers a structured development path within a fast-paced industry, working Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate will become a fully Volkswagen-Accredited Warranty Executive.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional attention to detail, fully IT literate with a logical approach to their work. Accuracy is a vital facet of the role, as is the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively.
Working directly with the Warranty Controller, you will be learning all aspects of the Warranty role within this fast-paced and exciting industry.
- Administration and filing

- Full Business Administrator Standard - Level 3 qualification
- On-the-job training to support role development

- Employer to offer dedicated training time to support off-the-job training requirements
- Functional Skills support - maths / English - if required
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
