This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in Business Analysis, particularly within the London Market sector. You will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, helping to shape the future of underwriting, claims, and operational processes.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 2+ years in the London Market or specialty insurance sector is essential
• Strong understanding of London Market processes, systems, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Starting salary National Salary c. £60,000 - London Salary c. £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
