The post holder will enable knowledge management and collaboration across core industry activities, share industry insights and intelligence with clients and prospects, and create global industry marketing content and campaigns. The main focus of the role will include:

1. Work with senior industry leaders globally to establish industry marketing groups, set and lead a global industry strategy, and develop annual delivery plans and budgets for each industry.
2. Establish strong relationships with affiliated companies seeking to go to market by industry, advising them on their approach and development/utilization of industry capabilities and expertise.
3. Define and establish the effective operation of global industry groups, working with group leads to set agendas and objectives.
4. Support strategic activities by leveraging the wider Marketing and Communications team to create efficiencies, maximize resources, minimize duplication, and ensure global alignment.
5. Maintain a regular program of content and campaign activities on industry pages of the global website and initiate industry content on social channels.
6. Collaborate with the events team to create engaging in-person and virtual events.
7. Work with the business development team to update industry content for proposals and build/share industry credentials to support opportunities.

To succeed in this role, the individual will need:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a professional services environment.
• Demonstrable success in developing and implementing business development strategies with measurable results.
• Proactive in connecting people and building relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to think strategically and creatively.
