What you’ll be doing:

• Run the floor like it’s your stage. Lead every service with pace, presence and control.

• Push the numbers. You’re always thinking: more covers, higher spend, more return visits.

• Lead the crew. Hire, train, and fire up a FOH team who love the hustle like you do.

• Keep the vibes high. Make guests feel welcome, looked after, and hyped to come back.

• Own the ops. Rotas, reporting, stock, compliance, with solid support tools like Planday, Goodtill, and ResDiary.

• Drive the brand. From events to promotions to new ideas, you don’t wait for instructions, you make it happen.

You’ll need:

• 2+ years in a GM or Assistant GM role, ideally in high-volume, casual dining.

• A sharp head for sales and numbers, and the hustle to back it up.

• A hands-on leadership style. You’re on the floor, not hiding in the office.

• Big energy, zero ego.

• Real love for food, music, culture, and creating a space people want to come back to.
