Would you like to work somewhere where you get to make a real difference every day? We’re looking for a passionate and highly motivated Support Manager to join our supported living services in West Cornwall. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to lead and directly line‑manage support teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and those requiring positive behaviour support.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll champion person‑centred support, drive regulatory compliance, uphold safeguarding standards and ensure that the individuals we support live their best lives. You’ll also play a vital role in building a strong, empowered team culture ensuring staff feel valued, supported, and equipped with the skills and tools they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage support teams across West Cornwall
  • Ensure delivery of high‑quality, personalised care in line with regulatory standards

  • Provide clear expectations, guidance, and development opportunities for staff
