We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team in the beautiful Banff area.
- Work alongside the kitchen management team to ensure smooth service across all sections.
- Maintain stock levels within your section, ensuring fridges are well-organised and fully replenished.
- Check all stock for correct dates and labels, ensuring full compliance with food safety standards.
- Contribute to the preparation and cooking of dishes across breakfast, lunch, and evening service.
- Support a positive kitchen culture focused on teamwork, consistency, and quality.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- A passion for fresh, high-quality food.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts across the week (5 days out of 7).
