  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and related areas.
  • Preparation of produce for mealtime.
  • Ensure correct storage of all dry and perishable produce.
  • Safely store cleaning materials.
  • Ensure all cooking utensils and pots are cleaned to required standards.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by Head / Second Chef or Home Manager.

The Role
