Full-time | 5 days out of 7 | Mixture of shifts (breakfast, lunch & evening service)

We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team in the beautiful Banff area.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the kitchen management team to ensure smooth service across all sections.
  • Maintain stock levels within your section, ensuring fridges are well-organised and fully replenished.
  • Check all stock for correct dates and labels, ensuring full compliance with food safety standards.
  • Contribute to the preparation and cooking of dishes across breakfast, lunch, and evening service.
  • Support a positive kitchen culture focused on teamwork, consistency, and quality.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
