Overview

Ten90 Recruitment is looking for a Cook/Chef to make a difference to the lives of people in the services we support. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef/Cook to join us to work within a number of different services, where we are already supplying into with care staff.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including special dietary requirements.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Manage food supplies and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure meals are tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to menu planning and design.
  • May be required to assist with serving meals and/or preparing snacks.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a cooking role, preferably in a healthcare or care home setting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for creating delicious and nutritious meals.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience required in a similar role.
