Required:

• ACCA / ACA (Qualified or perhaps very close to completion)
• A track record of success and achievement in an accounting firm. Previous success when working with a diverse portfolio of clients and supporting their reporting / management accounting and perhaps audit requirements.
• Great IT / system skills and practical awareness of accounting software such as Sage and Xero.
• Ability to coach and lead others in a positive and constructive manner.
• Professional and accessible communication skills – able to put clients at ease and discuss financial info with a non-finance audience of business owners / leaders.
• Driven and keen to progress.
