A leading global hospitality company is seeking candidates for its Finance Graduate Programme, which involves two international placements in the EMEA region. Applicants must have a relevant degree and are expected to be fluent in English. This 36-month program leads towards a finance leadership role, supported by Hilton's funding for the CIMA qualification. Start date is September 2026.
Job Description - 2026 Hilton Finesse Finance Graduate Programme - Europe, Middle East & Africa (EUR015ME)
Two 12-month placements in two different countries within the EMEA region, followed by a hands-on 12-month finance role. This is a 36-month journey to gain experience in major finance functions and progress toward a finance leadership role within 5–7 years. The programme also provides exposure to Operations, Business Development, and Human Resources. A key component is the CIMA professional finance qualification, with Hilton supporting funding and learning.
