Job Description - 2026 Hilton Finesse Finance Graduate Programme - Europe, Middle East & Africa (EUR015ME)

Two 12-month placements in two different countries within the EMEA region, followed by a hands-on 12-month finance role. This is a 36-month journey to gain experience in major finance functions and progress toward a finance leadership role within 5–7 years. The programme also provides exposure to Operations, Business Development, and Human Resources. A key component is the CIMA professional finance qualification, with Hilton supporting funding and learning.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values, with a strong drive, commitment, flexibility, and mobility. Candidates should be prepared to complete two 12-month placements in different countries within the EMEA region.

To be considered, you should have:

  • Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, hospitality, business or other equivalent, before the start of the programme.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Eligibility to work within the EMEA region.
  • Full mobility across the EMEA region, with willingness to relocate as required by Hilton for both placements.
  • A desire to become a financial leader.
  • The appetite to manage the demands of studying towards the CIMA qualification alongside a full-time role.

Availability to start full-time employment as of 1 September 2026.

Selection Process

The process includes online assessments, a competency-based interview with a Finance Director, and an Assessment Centre during the week commencing 16 March 2026.
