Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on a wide range of UK and international tax matters, working with entrepreneurial clients, high-net-worth individuals, and corporations.
- Develop creative and strategic tax solutions for clients, supporting their business growth and long-term financial success.
- Manage all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and structuring, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored tax advice that meets their unique business and personal needs.
- Collaborate closely with partners and other senior leaders to develop the firm\'s tax strategy and drive business growth.
- Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving tax laws and regulations, proactively identifying opportunities for clients and the firm.
Requirements
- ACA/CTA or equivalent tax qualification.
- Strong tax advisory experience, ideally with exposure to entrepreneurial businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax laws, with some experience in international tax.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven ability to think creatively and strategically about tax solutions.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
- A passion for innovation and driving change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with the needs of clients and the firm, while maintaining work-life harmony.
