Assistant Manager – Real Estate Tax

The Role

As an Assistant Manager in the Real Estate Tax team, you’ll be part of a collaborative group advising a diverse client base including:

  • Real estate funds
  • Institutional investors
  • REITs
  • Private equity
  • Public sector bodies

You’ll work across all major real estate asset classes- commercial, logistics, student housing, retail, and hospitality on high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions ranging from £60m to over £1bn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements and deliver high-quality tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence services
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across tax and real estate teams
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to proposals
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture
What You’ll Need
  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong UK tax experience, ideally with exposure to Real Estate tax
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage complex transactions
  • A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
