Job summary
A consultancy firm is looking for a Business Change Consultant to lead change management for public sector clients. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing change, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of change management principles. This role is remote and offers a competitive day rate of £450 - £550. Responsibilities include leading strategic change initiatives, conducting impact assessments, and fostering a culture of change readiness within teams.
