A progressive financial services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead regulatory change initiatives. In this role, you will lead teams, oversee project delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, financial services experience, and familiarity with Azure DevOps. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, strategic initiatives. You will be focusing on our new regulatory change portfolio and with support from Leadership and the wider team, be a key voice in the setup and definition of the Portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business and technology projects meet regulatory and governance requirements whilst aligning with our enterprise risk strategy.
In this pivotal role, you’ll unite internal and external teams to deliver measurable outcomes, champion operational readiness, and keep complex programmes on track. You’ll engage confidently with executive stakeholders, manage risks, budgets, and third‑party relationships, and drive projects from conception to implementation. As a senior voice within the Delivery Management team, you’ll also mentor colleagues, and foster collaboration.
