  • Ability to support and address resistance to change empathetically.
  • Strong influencing skills to champion change across levels.
  • Ability to evaluate data for business readiness.
  • Exceptional communication skills for articulating a vision.
  • Knowledge of change models like ADKAR or Prosci.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Change Management initiatives and secure key deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including Executive level.
  • Conduct impact analyses and create clear roadmaps.
  • Design communication plans and training programs.
  • Track risks related to user adoption and measure success.
