Operations Change Manager – c.£75,000

Oxfordshire / South Northamptonshire (100% Onsite, Mobile Role)

My client is a healthcare organisation who are acquiring new healthcare services and are seeking an exceptional commercially driven Operations Change Manager to play a pivotal role in stabilising, improving, and integrating new services. This role offers huge scope, visibility, and impact.

In this hands‑on, people‑focused role, you will:
  • Lead operational and cultural change across newly acquired services
  • Diagnose challenges, implement improvement plans, and stabilise performance
  • Strengthen workforce morale, engagement, and behaviours
  • Improve processes, systems, access, and patient experience
  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, leaders, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Create structure, clarity, accountability
Experience
  • Experienced in change management, turnaround, operational improvement, or transformation
  • Commercially astute—able to challenge thinking and drive value
  • Skilled at leading teams through ambiguity and change
  • A confident communicator who can influence at all levels
  • Empathetic, resilient, pragmatic, and credible
  • Comfortable working onsite, observing, engaging, and leading from the front

Healthcare experience is not essential —applications from private sector, multi‑site operations, outsourcing, business services, corporate services, or regulated environments are strongly welcomed.
