We are looking for a Change Manager to plan, manage, and execute organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

Location: UK, hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Create change management strategies to achieve the client’s organizational goals.
  • Develop change strategies, conduct impact assessments, engage stakeholders, and plan communications.
  • Communicate change management plans to project teams and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding.
  • Coach and mentor staff throughout the change process.
  • Coordinate training, monitor readiness, and address resistance to change.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and business leaders to align change activities with project objectives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit realization.
