- Strong experience working in the Utilities industry (Energy, Power, Water, etc)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business and operational change.
- Experience working on Cyber Security projects would be highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
