Business Analyst – 12-month contract – Leeds / Remote

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in business and operational change to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering transformational change by analysing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Strong experience in the utilities industry is crucial for this role.

Key skills & experience required from the Business Analyst:
  • Strong experience working in the Utilities industry (Energy, Power, Water, etc)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business and operational change.
  • Experience working on Cyber Security projects would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
