🤖 IT Business Analyst

WPS (Wates Property Services) – Finsbury Park (2 days per week) – occasional travel to Leatherhead and other UK sites.

Full-time / Hybrid. Industry: Property Management (experience advantageous).

We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead business transformation initiatives. In this role you’ll investigate business situations, analyse and model processes, and document requirements for change. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and suppliers to design and implement solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence strategic decisions, improve efficiency, and leverage technology to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Capture, manage, and document functional and non‑functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct end‑to‑end data analysis, define data requirements, and extract actionable insights using advanced techniques.
  • Present complex findings clearly and persuasively to all organisational levels.
  • Identify gaps, recommend implementation approaches, and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Support detailed cutover planning, testing and execution activities for IT projects.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering IT solutions.
  • Recognised Business Analyst qualification (Diploma or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills – able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proven experience in systems implementation and stakeholder management.
  • Property Management industry experience is a plus.
  • Open to occasional travel (Manchester, Liverpool).
