We are currently supporting a boy in his early teens with complex health needs and are looking for experienced carers to join his dedicated 2:1 care team. This role offers part-time days & waking night shifts, from 8am - 8pm and 8pm to 8am, and requires candidates with hands-on experience in children's complex care.

Our client is non-verbal and non-mobile, requiring full support throughout the night, including monitoring and management of his clinical needs.

He's a bright and engaging boy who enjoys Disney movies - especially The Lion King and Toy Story - musical and interactive toys, messy play like foam and slime, and outings to the cinema and bowling. He's also a big Wolves fan and loves spending time with animals.

He lives at home with his parents, siblings, and two friendly dogs, so carers must be comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment.

Applicants must have hands-on experience in respiratory care and epilepsy management with rescue medications with children.

• Minimum 3 months' care experience with hands-on skills in respiratory care, oxygen, suction, and epilepsy management with rescue meds - ideally with children.
