Job summary
A leading financial automation company is seeking an RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT and substantial RPA development experience. Responsibilities include integrating bots with banking systems and creating technical documentation. This role is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in work location, and is suitable for candidates familiar with banking compliance and regulations.
Qualifications
- 24 years of RPA development experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Certified in at least one RPA platform.
- Basic understanding of .NET, Python, or Java.

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining bots to automate high-volume, rule-based processes. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across banking departments.
- Develop automation workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Integrate bots with core banking systems, ERPs, CRMs, Excel, APIs, and databases.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including test cases and support manuals.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into automation.
- Perform bot testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- 24 years of RPA development experience (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism).
- Certified in at least one RPA platform.
- Basic understanding of .NET, Python, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and API integration.
- Experience with OCR, NLP, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with SBP regulations and banking compliance.
