At Seren Support, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Female* Community Care Worker/Home Care Assistant to join our incredible team. We would like to know whether you are seeking a new challenge.

Weekly working hours: We provide 20 hours each week up to full-time hours.

Where: Bridgend

Rate of pay: £12.60 per hour plus more.

Bank Holiday £16.00 an hour

0.40 ppm of mileage

Duration of Travel: 12.60 hours

7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and/or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Principal duties:

• Companionship: A key component of your visit is making sure a client has frequent and meaningful social engagement.
• Assist with routine duties including cooking and minor housework
• Going shopping or to appointments
• Personal care is helping our customers maintain their independence and health by helping them with basic tasks like dressing, grooming, taking a shower, and bathing.
