Care Assistant (Weekends) Location: Roborough, PL6 7JW Pay: £12.40 per hour Note: Sponsorship is not available for this role

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with personal care routines such as washing, dressing, and mobility
  • Supporting residents during mealtimes and ensuring nutritional needs are met
  • Encouraging participation in activities like arts and crafts, gardening, music sessions, and social outings
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider care team
  • Promoting dignity, respect, and independence in every interaction
