Job Opportunity: Senior Care Assistant - Cranleigh
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 8am - 8pm (Day Shifts Only)
Pay Rate:
- £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (weekdays)
- £15.50 - £17.50 per hour (weekends - includes £2.50 enhancement)
- Lead and deliver personal care and emotional support to residents
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Support residents with daily activities and mobility
- Supervise and mentor care assistants on shift
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture
