As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. The role requires effective communication, initiative, and the ability to work efficiently and adaptably to cover a range of responsibilities.
