Job Opportunity: Senior Care Assistant - Cranleigh

Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 8am - 8pm (Day Shifts Only)

Pay Rate:

  • £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (weekdays)
  • £15.50 - £17.50 per hour (weekends - includes £2.50 enhancement)
Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver personal care and emotional support to residents
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions
  • Support residents with daily activities and mobility
  • Supervise and mentor care assistants on shift
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
  • Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
  • Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
  • Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture
