Overview

We are looking for two Wrap Around Care Assistants to join a friendly primary school in the Crawley area, supporting children in their before and after-school provision.

Responsibilities

• Working with primary-aged children in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment
• Morning and afternoon shifts available. Breakfast club - 7:30 am until 8:45 am. After school club - 3:45 pm until 6:00 pm.
• Supporting activities, play, and routines to ensure children have a positive start and end to their school day
• Assisting with snacks, supervision, and creating a welcoming environment

About you / Qualifications

• Experience working with children (school, nursery, playgroup, or similar)
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to engage children in activities
• A caring and supportive approach
• A DBS on the Updates Service or willing to obtain one
• Ability to work well independently and as a team
• Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
• Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
